Alright, this is Dave. He's got tennis elbow. I'm just getting Dave to do his "negative" wrist curls - an exercise for strengthening up those wrist extensors. He's going to do three sets of fifteen, where he lowers the weight with his right arm, and lifts the weight with the good arm. He does fifteen, then a bit of a stretch, another fifteen and a stretch, then a third set of fifteen and a stretch. It's a great treatment for tennis elbow.
