This is Hugo. He's doing an exercise to strengthen up his glutes, and glute med. I call it a "crab squat" / "crab walk". Or some people call it a "sumo squat". He's squatting down. He's got some Theraband around his feet, and he's walking side to side. I want him to do thirty steps each direction, once a day, as an exercise to strengthen up his glutes. That's the crab walk with Theraband.
